Marcher Lord Press is Rebranded with a New Name

by   Morgan Busse

At the recent Realm Makers conference in Philadelphia I (Steve) had the privilege to announce that Marcher Lord Press is being rebranded as Enclave Publishing. I am excited to officially reveal the new logo below (More thoughts after the picture). Notice the tip of the sword… Why the name Enclave Publishing? An enclave is essentially defined as a group of like-minded people in a place where they are surrounded by those who are not like-minded. West Berlin was an enclave during the Cold War. In Rome there is an enclave called Vatican City. Enclave Publishing is a place where authors …

Interview with Angie Brashear

by   Morgan Busse

Welcome to another speculative interview at Marcher Lord Press. Today we have debut author Angie Brashear with us. 1) Tell us a little about your books. I write fantasy with a strong thread of romance. My debut novel, previously titled Never Let Go, is currently undergoing some unexpected but exciting changes – a new title and cover, as well as a possible new release date. Ultimately, my goal is to reach young adult females much like the lost, lonely girl I once was. As a nonbeliever for the majority of my life, I enjoyed reading speculative fiction and it was …

Interview with Donita K. Paul

by   Morgan Busse

Please Welcome…Donita K. Paul (*Originally published June 2008) What a joy to have Christian novelist Donita K. Paul as our interview guest at WhereTheMapEnds.com. Ah, Donita, the dragon lady, my buddy in Colorado Springs. Donita and I had known each other through a writer’s online group we’re both part of, but we became good friends when my family and I moved to Colorado Springs. It was the end of October when we moved, so Donita invited us to her church for their we’re-not-celebrating-Halloween “harvest festival.” It was great fun and we’ve been attending that church ever since. We also end …

Interview with Christopher Hopper

by   Morgan Busse

Please Welcome…Christopher Hopper (*Originally posted December 2007) What a joy to have Christian author Christopher Hopper as our interview guest at WhereTheMapEnds.com. Christopher is the author of two Christian fantasy novels, Rise of the Dibor and The Lion Vrie (both by Tsaba House). He is a youth pastor, blogger, entreprenuer, and musician who loves life and lives it to the fullest (which is, he says, another way of saying he can be a workaholic). He has dedicated himself to preaching the gospel at home and abroad. He says he loves the Lord above all and his wife and children next, with, …
